Once your order has been successfully placed and paid, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order number and the shipping address you entered. The shipping address can no longer be changed once goods are on route.
Orders are processed and shipped within 14 days after receipt of payment. Once the order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation mail with your tracking information.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you.
We ship from Belgium to addresses located within the EU.
Currently we do not ship outside the EU.
There is no option to return the goods.
